Watercolor Wednesday 013
Nov 03, 2021Hey Friend!
Did you know November is Native American Heritage Month in the U.S.? This design is translated from the beading on a beautiful Muscogee Creek Bandolier bag. The round symbol at the top represents the 4 directions. The number 4 is sacred to the Muscogee. I designed a HUGE butterfly garden for the Perdido Bay Lower Muscogee Creek Tribe a few years ago. I think it was about 30 feet across? Chief Bearheart isn’t here anymore to tell me if I got the colors in the right spots, so please forgive me if I got it wrong!! Miss you Mekko!
I'd love to have you join me in the “Watercolor Wednesday Club”. It’s FREE! Just click the blue button over there on the right. The more the merrier!
