Mandala Monday 013

Hey, Friend!

This mandala is in honor of Chief Bearheart, my chief, beloved Mekko.   I’m a proud member of the Southeastern Lower Muscogee Creek Tribe.  This design isn’t Muscogee at all, and I didn’t start out with anything Creek or Native American in mind, but the corner arrows & the center shield just kind of appeared.  Chief has already crossed over & I miss him much, but I’m sure he’s smiling now at this tribute.
